Accessibility Statement

WorkNet considers accessibility a core value and works to ensure that any person — regardless of their abilities — can use the platform fully and equally.

Accessibility Commitment

We comply with the Israeli Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adaptations for Service) 5773-2013, and with the recommendations of Israeli Standard 5568 at Level AA, aligned with international WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Site Accessibility Features

In the bottom-left corner of every page, an accessibility button enables personal adjustments including:

  • Font size enlargement (up to 200%)
  • High contrast and grayscale modes
  • Dyslexia-friendly font
  • Highlighted headings, links, and focus indicators
  • Reading guide (a bar that follows the cursor)
  • Enlarged mouse cursor
  • Pausing animations and motion

Built-in Accessibility in the Site Structure

Beyond the accessibility button, the site has been designed from the ground up with accessibility principles:

  • Full keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter / Arrows)
  • ARIA tags and alternative text for images
  • Screen reader support
  • Correct hierarchical heading structure
  • Visual reading order matches DOM source order
  • Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for text

Known Limitations

Despite our accessibility efforts, some parts of the site may contain components that have not yet been fully made accessible. We continually work to improve and add accessibility features.
