How much does it cost me?+
Zero. Registration and usage are completely free. Israeli law prohibits employment intermediaries from charging fees to workers.
How does discretion work?+
Your name, current company, and contact details are confidential by default. They are only revealed once the employer has signed a placement agreement and paid the placement fee to the platform. Additionally, Stealth Mode actively blocks your current employer from seeing your profile.
How do I get the Verified Badge?+
Requirements: 2 approved referees, a LinkedIn profile, and a PDF CV. Adi Almadon personally approves each of the first 100.
Who can see my profile?+
Only verified employers (business registry, corporate domain, signing authority). The profile is hidden from Google and all search engines.
What happens if I'm not interested in an outreach?+
Simply do not respond. No action is required. The employer cannot tell whether or not you read the message.
Employers
How much does it cost me?+
A monthly subscription starting at ₪990 + a placement fee of 10-15% of annual salary, charged only when a placement closes successfully.
How is company verification done?+
Business registry check, corporate domain verification, and signing authority. The process takes 24-48 hours.
What does the refund guarantee include?+
If the employee leaves within 30 days: 100% refund. Within 60 days: 50%. Within 90 days: 25%. Cannot be voided through other channels.
What happens if I find the same person on LinkedIn?+
Bypassing the platform is prohibited. Violation of the bypass clause = liquidated damages equal to 25% of annual salary + legal proceedings. The subscription agreement covers this explicitly.
Payments & Billing
When are the placement fees paid?+
The moment the executive accepts a job offer and before contact details are revealed. Direct payment to the platform — not via escrow.
How do I receive an invoice?+
A tax invoice/receipt is generated automatically via Green Invoice and emailed immediately after payment.
How do I request a refund under the guarantee?+
On the specific process page a "Request refund" option appears. Fill out a short form and the WorkNet team will review within 5 business days.
Legality & Privacy
How is WorkNet different from recruitment agencies?+
Executives never pay. Employers pay only when a placement closes. Full discretion until a contract is signed. 90-day refund guarantee in case of mismatch.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?+
Data is permanently deleted within 30 days, unless there is a legal retention requirement (accounting, tax). You may request an export of your data before deletion.
Is my salary data shown anonymously to other users?+
Only as part of aggregation. For example "Median VP salary in high-tech = ₪52K". Personal identification is impossible.
