- Professional details: role, years of experience, field, portfolio, salary expectations
- Information about your current employer (for Stealth Mode only — not disclosed to anyone)
- Message content in chats between parties
- Recordings of video interviews on the platform
- Payment details and company details (for employers)
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and device type
- Activity on the platform (searches, clicks, views)
- Cookies for authentication and preferences
2. How We Use the Information
- Display of anonymous profile — name, current employer, and personal details are not shown to employers until an agreement is signed
- Matching candidates to employers — AI Matching based on the criteria you set
- Identity verification — professional verification and reference checks
- Service improvement — aggregate analytics, bug fixes
- Communications — emails about outreach, interviews, placements
- Compliance with legal obligations — Israel Employment Service Law, Israel Consumer Protection Law
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell your information. Sharing takes place exclusively with:
- Employers — only your anonymous profile; contact details only after a placement agreement is signed
- Service providers — PayPlus (payments), Green Invoice (invoices), Daily.co (video), Brevo (email)
- Authorities — only under a court order or legal obligation
4. Information Security
- Passwords are encrypted (bcrypt × 12)
- Communication over HTTPS / TLS 1.3
- JWT with signature and expiration
- Access restricted to WorkNet staff only
- Interview recordings are retained for 30 days only
5. Your Rights
Under the Israel Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete the account at any time
- Receive the information in a portable format
- Object to certain processing

6. Data Retention
- Active profile — for as long as the account is active
- Outreach and interview history — 5 years (legal obligation)
- Interview recordings — 30 days only
- Invoices and payment details — 7 years (required under the VAT Law)

We use only strictly necessary cookies: authentication, preferences, and account state. We do not use third-party marketing cookies.
8. Changes to the Policy
We will update this policy as necessary. Material updates will be sent by email to all users.
